1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "k111" refers to the k111 online gaming platform accessible at k111.io, including all associated services, tools, games, and features made available through the platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on k111 or accesses any part of the k111 platform, whether as a registered account holder or a visitor.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player on k111, which grants access to depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's k111 Account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds, which are tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products, sports betting markets, live casino offerings, payment processing, and customer support provided through k111.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the primary transaction currency on the k111 platform, denoted by the symbol ৳.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the k111 platform in any capacity — including browsing the site as a visitor, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the k111 platform and, if you hold an Account, contact our support team to arrange its closure.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and k111 regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, warranties, understandings, negotiations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of k111 is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. k111 operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents to verify a Player's age at any time.
2. You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database or have previously requested that k111 close your Account on responsible gaming grounds, unless a formal reinstatement procedure has been completed.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering an Account or placing wagers. All Accounts must be operated personally by the registered holder.
5. You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of k111 or any of its affiliated game providers, unless you have received explicit written approval.

k111 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or suspend an existing Account if there is reasonable suspicion that any of the above eligibility conditions are not met.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of k111 Services, you must complete the Account registration process via the k111 Login page. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on k111. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

k111 may at any time require Players to complete identity verification (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer) by submitting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by k111 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k111 Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. k111 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on k111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). k111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the Player's Account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• There must be no outstanding wagering requirements attached to the funds being withdrawn.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder.
• k111 reserves the right to apply processing times of up to 3 business days for withdrawal requests that require additional compliance review.

k111 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which k111 accepts no responsibility.

k111 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any transaction that appears inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be subject to enhanced review, and k111 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

k111 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail only with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply to all k111 promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated to be repeatable.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• k111 reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reverse any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Player's Account.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on k111 are governed by the specific game rules provided within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager.

k111 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed:

• Due to a technical error, software malfunction, or platform disruption that affected the integrity of the game or odds.
• After an event has concluded or a market has been suspended, where the bet should not have been accepted under normal operating conditions.
• In a manner that exploited a pricing error or an obvious odds mistake in sports betting markets.
• Using funds that were deposited via a fraudulent, disputed, or reversed transaction.

All game outcomes on k111 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game processes conducted by live dealers under camera supervision. The integrity of all game results is subject to independent certification and regular auditing.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the k111 platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and permanent ban:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with k111 games or betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during Account registration or KYC verification.
• Laundering money or using k111 for any purpose connected with criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the k111 platform, software, or content.
• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or bonus eligibility rules.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or harassing conduct towards k111 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

k111 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to cooperate with law enforcement agencies where criminal activity is suspected.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the k111 platform — including but not limited to the k111 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, page layouts, text, imagery, and audio — is the proprietary intellectual property of k111 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k111 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any k111 content without prior written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders and is used on k111 under the terms of provider licensing agreements.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, internet connectivity failures, or payment processing errors outside k111's reasonable control.
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors in game information, odds displays, or statistical data that do not affect the actual certified game outcome.
• Loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill, whether or not k111 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

k111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, k111 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the k111 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must stop using the k111 platform and contact support to close your Account before the revised terms take effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to k111's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and k111 regarding any aspect of these Terms & Conditions or the operation of your Account, you should first contact the k111 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. k111 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
